Your Training Sessions

Your Trainer will arrive promptly at the scheduled time - to gain the maximum benefit from your session please ensure that you are ready.

Each session will always start with a warm up. Your Trainer will guide you through your individual programme, ending with cooling down and stretching routines. Each work-out routine is recorded in your Personal Fitness Journal.

As your training progresses you will start to benefit from your Trainer's advice and encouragement. You will gradually become fitter, stronger and healthier. You will feel an improved sense of "well being" and acquire better posture and flexibility.
