Your Assessment

Before you start your training program your Personal Trainer will visit you to carry out a detailed assessment. This is to determine your current health, fitness, diet and general lifestyle.

After testing blood pressure, heart rate and body composition your trainer will then develop your individual training programme and agree your appointment schedule.

Details of your assessment will be entered into your personal fitness journal; this journal will be used to record and monitor your progress from now on. You are now on the road to improving your fitness with all the benefits that it can bring you! See also our page on Exercise and Diet.
